Doing good

The opportunity ahead
should belong to more people.

Our work is rooted in a belief that access to AI skills will shape economic opportunity — and that access should extend beyond large companies and wealthy communities.

Access to tools.
Confidence to participate.

Founded by Mark Staley-Borrego, AI Horizons for Kids expands AI literacy and access for young people in underserved communities.

The initiative builds AI-focused computer labs and supports local educators so students can learn, explore, and develop skills in their own communities. Learning is free for students.

Its international lab efforts include Lagos, Nigeria; Guatemala City, Guatemala; and Cali, Colombia, with Mar del Plata, Argentina planned for December 2026.

A personal commitment,
beyond the engagement.

AI Workforce Advisors and AI Horizons for Kids are separate organizations and initiatives. One helps organizations apply AI to their operations; the other expands access to AI learning for young people.

AI Workforce Advisors commits 50% of its annual net profit, after legitimate business expenses and taxes, to AI Horizons for Kids. Client payments purchase advisory and implementation services; they are not charitable contributions.

For Mark, both efforts begin with the same question: how can these tools help people do more with the opportunities they have?
